Spring in the market

Suddenly, spring has come. I cannot believe we had such horrible snow days just a couple of weeks ago. Maybe a bit longer before, but honestly, I don't remember when the two seasons switched.
I went out to the Brooklyn Bridge with my friends first and came back to the market because, you know, in this weather it's hard to refuse being outside. On the bridge, the air was light and warm. There were so many people on the bridge, but luckly we found an empty chair as if the bridge welcomed us sitting a while. We finished two scopes of ice cream and headed to the market.
At the market, so many spring flowers welcomed us again. I definitely felt that spring was here. Still, farmers didn't have many kinds of vegetables, but many had small spring flower pots beside their vegetable table. It looked like a small backyard for each tent. I took so many pictures of the flowers.

When there are farmers at Union square, it has always some sort of fresh scent in the air. The more farmers, the stronger smell.
The spring flowers were so humble and its fragrance were very faint. However, the air contained such a dense spring aroma. I wish the pictures could bring the aroma to you!
